Session based mobile socket layer project requirement for ME

Description of the project requirement " Hello, A session based mobile socket layer for disruption tolerance on the internet is IP mobility solution based on TCP/IP stack. This layer will operate only at the end systems involved in communication. The session scheme allows mobility awareness for TCP-based applications that require resilience to failures, delays, or disconnection. A general-purpose API extended from the Socket and implemented in GNU/Linux provides session services, such as tracking mobile peers, detecting disruptions, and suspending and resuming sessions with efficiency, security, and reliability. I am also looking for implementing this solution on Android mobile devices (end systems) with use of SCTP protocol instead of legacy TCP protocol in order to enhance efficiency in data transmission.  Education Stream: ME " ( Session based mobile socket layer project requirement for ME )
